For external use only.  Recommended for hand and body and not intended for face application. Use caution as the oil blends can make shower and bath surfaces slippery.  Keep out of the reach of children. 

Use | 2-3x Per Week | Rub a very small amount on the inside of your elbow area to test for any allergic reaction before use. Avoid contact with eyes.

For Best Results |  Apply a generous amount, after cleansing, to damp skin. Massage scrub gently on damp skin in circular motion.  Thoroughly rinse clean with warm water.  After polishing skin, pat dry and immediately hydrate and moisturize with My JanMarie Naturals Body Butters.
